The FCC has approved the Motorola A4500 aka the Napoleon, so we can expect the cell phone to be available in the US market very soon. This quad-band GSM phone supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a fingerprint scanner, a 2MP shooter, a memory card slot, and a QWERTY keyboard. The handset will be powered by Windows Mobile 6.1.
