Nokia today presented the Nokia 6600i slide, one of the company smallest 5 megapixel slider to date with dual LED flash, and bright 2.2” display with 16 million colors. With an additional micro SD card the memory is expandable up to 16GB. In-box come a 1GB micro SD card and the Nokia stereo headset WH-203 with FM radio. The Nokia 6600i slide has an estimated retail price of EUR 200 excluding taxes and subsidies and it is expected to start shipping in select markets in the third quarter of 2009.

Sprint today announced that it will start selling the Palm Pre from June 6 in Sprint stores, Best Buy, Radio Shack, select Wal-Mart stores and online at Sprint.com for $199.99 with a two-year service agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate. Posted on its support forum, T-Mobile has told its T-Mobile G1 users that it will only roll out the Android 1.5 updates in early June. The message seems to be deleted from its forum, so it is still not confirmed if the released has been postponed to the next two weeks.
