The HP iPaq 510 Voice Messenger may arrive earlier than expected, since FCC has approved it. The smartphone runs on Windows Mobile 6.0 and has a poor 1.3MP camera. FYI, the iPaq 510 can’t be used for simultaneous operation of WLAN and GSM/GPRS transmitters, so if you get a phone call while you are connected to a WLAN, the phone automatically shuts down the WLAN mode.
