FCC has approved the successor to the Toshiba TG01 smartphone. Dubbed as the Toshiba TG02, the phone sports WiFI 802.11b/g and Bluetooth connectivity. However, the Toshiba TG02 doesn’t support 3G. According to rumors, the TG02 is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and a 4.1-inch LCD display.

Orange has confirmed that it will be exclusively offer the Toshiba TG01 in the UK by this weekend. Powered by Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon chipset, TG01 uses a 4.1-inch WVGA touch screen and has a slim 9.9mm body. It will first come with Windows Mobile 6.1. Softbank Japan comes back with the Toshiba 814T clamshell phone. Measuring only 12.9mm thick, the 814T features a 2.4 inch QVGA display supporting 260k colors, a 2MP camera, and a Micro SD card slot.
